ABOUT ME:

I am a certified hypnotherapist and Compassion Key practitioner who walked a 20-year "Dark Night of the Soul." Despite extensive prior work, I was stunned by the depths I could reach using self-compassion to release karmic imprints. I realized I was carrying unconscious contracts, vows, and patterns that felt like merciless curses. Once those surfaced to my awareness and I released them, my outer reality reflected those shifts within hours and days.

I bring that experience to your work to help you clear ancestral imprints so you can reclaim your power and joy. The work is aided by a routine of energy hygiene designed to help you disentangle from interlocking karma and energy enmeshment.
