Returns & Refunds policy

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy:

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Our products are made to order and are not eligible for returns due to buyer's remorse, wrong size, or wrong color.

Defective or misprinted items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us at contact@thebasedmystic.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. No return shipping is required.

Lost packages: If your package does not arrive, contact us at contact@thebasedmystic.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and either reship or issue a full refund.

Refund processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Wrong address: If you enter an incorrect shipping address, a reshipment may be available at your expense.

Shipping: Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 2–5 business days, with delivery in 5–13 business days total.

Shipping delays: If we are unable to ship your order within the time stated above, we will notify you by email with a revised shipping date (or inform you if we are unable to provide one, along with the reason for the delay) and offer you the option to either consent to the delay or cancel your order by replying to the email or contacting us at contact@thebasedmystic.com and receive a full and prompt refund. If you consent to an indefinite delay (i.e., no revised shipping date is provided), you may cancel your order at any time before shipment. If the revised shipping date is 30 days or less from the originally promised shipping date, your non-response will be treated as consent to the delay. If the revised shipping date is more than 30 days from the originally promised shipping date and we do not receive your response within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and a prompt refund issued. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

International orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes assessed by their country. These fees are non-refundable.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & COACHING SESSIONS

E-books, e-courses, and coaching sessions are non-refundable once access has been provided or the session has taken place.

Defective digital products: If an e-book or e-course is corrupted, inaccessible, or contains broken links, contact us at contact@thebasedmystic.com within 30 days of purchase. We will fix the issue or issue a full refund.

Coaching session cancellations: Sessions cancelled with 24+ hours notice will be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
